MOMMA10.COM REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
MOMMA10.COM accepts returns and exchanges of items upon the following conditions……
- All other items on the site are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. MUST BE UNOPENED/UNUSED, and proof of purchase. Please send us an email of the item(s) you wish to return, along with a short description for the return reasoning, and a copy of your receipt to shopmomma10@gmail.com. All returns are paid for by the customer.
- Underwear & Bra Sales are final
- Exchanges are accepted but only for the same item/equal value. (I.e., if a customer purchases a top in the wrong size and needs to purchase a different size, we will accept the exchange but the customer MUST only select the exact item being exchanged) At this time store credit is not optional
Shipping
Shipping charges will vary depending on products of purchase. Shipping will be calculated in your cart at time of purchase
Momma 10 is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping. If you have lost or damaged products please contact the carrier.
